摘 要:参与式教学法是一种合作式或协作式的教学法,其以学习者为中心,鼓励积极参与教学过程,将所学知识运用到实践。《动物性食品卫生学》是动物医学专业的一门具有较强实践性的专业课,适宜在教学过程中有机地融合参与式教学法。该文以“开放式的教学内容,无标准答案的习题,专题讲座形式,分组活动”等多种形式的参与式教学法元素,通过学生期末卷面成绩、实验成绩、教学效果满意度等指标,对教学效果进行评价。参与式教学方法的教学效果优于传统教学方法,符合学生学习过程心理学规律,激发学生的主动性,有利于提升课程教学质量。Participatory teaching method is a cooperative or collaborative teaching method, which takes learners as the center, encourages active participation in the teaching process and applies the knowledge to practice. Animal food hygiene is a practical course of animal medicine major, which is suitable for the organic integration of participatory teaching method in the teaching process. In this study, various forms of participatory teaching method elements such as open teaching content, exercises without standard answers, special lectures and group activities were adopted. The traditional teaching methods and integrated participatory teaching methods were compared through the students’ final examination results, experimental results and the teaching effect of satisfaction and other indicators to evaluate the teaching effect. The teaching effect of participatory teaching method was better than that of traditional teaching method, which conforms to the psychological law of students’ learning process, stimulates students’ initiative and improve the teaching quality of the course.
