摘　　要：红色文化是马克思主义与中国革命实践相结合而形成的先进文化,将红色文化融入中医院校基层党组织建设工作,是深入贯彻落实《中国共产党普通高等学校基层组织工作条例》,坚持党对高校的全面领导,加强和改进中医院校基层党组织建设的重要路径之一。文章在研究红色文化融入中医院校基层党组织建设路径时,以辽宁中医药大学为例,结合红色文化的实际运用,对中医院校基层党组织建设的实践进行探讨。Red culture is an advanced culture formed by the combination of marxism and Chinese revolutionary practice. Red culture integrats into the grassroots party organizations in university of traditional chinese medicine. It is the path of thoroughly implementing the regulations of the Communist Party of China on the Work of Grass-roots Organizations in Ordinary Colleges and Universities. It is benefit for adhering to the party’s overall leadership and improving the construction of grass-roots party organizations in university of traditional chinese medicine. The paper takes Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine as an exampl and combines with the practical application of red culture. The objective is discussing the practice of grass-roots party organizations in university of traditional Chinese medicine.
