摘　　要：为提升武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养质量,运用文献资料、走访调研、专家咨询等研究方法探讨人才培养的困境和对策。研究认为:生源渠道单一、与社会需求和要求脱节、就业对口率及层次低等方面是当前武术与民族传统体育专业人才培养面临的困境,提出拓宽生源渠道、更新培养理念、提升文化要求等破解对策。In order to promote the improvement of the training quality of Wushu and national traditional sports major,and by using the methods of literature,interview,and expert consultation,this study mainly analyzes the difficulties in the training of Wushu and national traditional sports major including:single student source channel,disconnection with social needs and requirements,low employment matching rate and employment level.So,the countermeasures to solve the difficulties of talents training for Wushu and national traditional sports majors are suggested as follows:broadening the channels of students;updating the concept of talent training;improving the level and requirement of students’cultural knowledge.
