摘 要:目的构建一套科学、可行的护士创新行为激励策略,为护理管理实践提供参考依据。方法基于文献回顾和专家小组讨论,拟定护士创新行为激励策略初稿,并运用德尔菲法进行2轮函询征询专家意见,确立护士创新行为激励策略。结果2轮咨询有效问卷回收率为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.890、0.902。肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.167、0.173(P<0.001)。最终形成的护士创新行为激励策略包括一级指标4项、二级指标10项和三级指标45项。结论构建的护士创新行为激励策略内容全面,研究过程科学、可靠,研究结果可为促进护士创新行为的护理管理实践提供借鉴依据。Objective To develop scientific and feasible incentive strategies for nurses’innovative behavior,and provide reference for nursing management.Methods The draft of incentive strategies for innovative behavior of nurses was developed after literature review and expert group discussion.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation to develop the incentive strategies for innovative behaviors of nurses.Results The effective questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%.Expert authority coefficient was 0.890 and 0.902 respectively,and the Kendall coordination coefficients 0.167and 0.173 respectively(P<0.001).The final incentive strategies for nurses’innovative behavior consisted of 4 first-level,10 secondarylevel,and 45 third-level indicators.Conclusion The incentive strategies for nurses’innovative behavior are scientific and reliable and it can provide reference for nursing management to promote nurses’innovative behavior.
