行为主义疗法在高校大学生心理健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：在高校大学生心理健康教育过程中适度借鉴行为主义疗法中的一些方法,可以有效地解决大学生面临的心理健康问题,提升高校心理健康教育工作效果。该文在阐述行为主义疗法概念的基础上,侧重从营造有利于大学生心理健康成长的学习和成长环境、组建完善和良好的互助小组、合理选择行为主义疗法以及加强对治疗效果的强化等方面,围绕行为主义疗法在高校大学生心理健康教育中的应用路径进行探索,以期可以发挥行为主义疗法的优势,引导学生改变不良行为,获得新的适应行为,从而形成良好的心理素质,进而促进学生的健康成长。In the mental health education of college students,appropriate reference to some methods of behavioral therapies can effectively solve the mental health problems faced by college students and improve the effect of the education.On the basis of expounding the definition of behavioral therapies,this paper explores the path to the application of behavioral therapies to the mental health education of college students,focusing on creating a learning and growth environment that is conducive to the mental health of college students,establishing a perfect and good mutual aid group,rationally choosing behavioral therapies,and strengthening the treatment effect,in order to give full play to the advantages of behavioral therapies to guide students to change their bad behaviors and acquire new adaptive behaviors,and then form good psychological quality,thereby promoting the healthy growth of them.
