摘  要:为研究镉抗性菌株对龙葵修复镉污染土壤的效应,开展龙葵室外盆栽试验。从镉污染土壤、龙葵根际土壤和标准菌株中共筛选出3株抗镉产铁载体菌株,经16S rRNA基因序列对比分析,以上3株菌株分别被鉴定为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)、苍黄假棍状杆菌(Pseudoclavibacter helvolus)和荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。试验中,研究了此3株菌株单种及其复合接菌处理对龙葵生长和富集镉能力以及土壤修复效率的强化作用。结果表明,与空白对照相比,复合接种苍黄假棍状杆菌和荧光假单胞菌显著(P<0.05)提高龙葵地上部分干质量(提高31.07%)、地下部分干质量(提升75.59%)、龙葵镉总积累量(提高30.28%)、地上部分镉积累量(提高31.53%)、转运系数(提高39.47%)和土壤修复效率(提高67.83%)。此外,接种以上复合菌株后土壤镉去除量的86.16%随淋溶流失,13.84%由龙葵吸收。An outdoor pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of cadmium-resistant strains on the remediation of cadmium-contaminated soil by Solanum nigrum.Three cadmium-resistant siderophore-producing strains were screened out from cadmium-contaminated soil,rhizosphere soil of Solanum nigrum and standard strains,which were identified as Bacillus velezensis,Pseudoclavibacter helvolus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa according to 16 S rRNA gene sequences.The intensification of the strains or their combinations on the growth,heavy metal accumulation and efficiency of soil remediation by Solanum nigrum was evaluated in pot experiments.The results showed that compared to the non-inoculated control,the shoot dry weights,root dry weights,cadmium total accumulation,shoot cadmium accumulation,transport coefficient and efficiency of soil remediation of the Solanum nigrum treated with strain Pseudoclavibacter helvolus+Pseudomonas aeruginosa were significantly increased by 31.07%,75.59%,30.28%,31.53%,39.47%and 67.83%,respectively.Moreover,86.16%of soil cadmium removal from the inoculated Pseudoclavibacter helvolus+Pseudomonas aeruginosa was lost with leaching,and 13.84%was absorbed by Solanum nigrum.
