摘　　要：通过对医务人员在癌症晚期患儿照护过程中积累的患儿尊严维护认知和实践经验进行总结,以及对国内外相关文献研究,分析和梳理癌症晚期患儿尊严在个体、家庭以及社会层面的特殊性,包括发展性和阶段差异性、受到家庭的显著影响、社会尊严局限并受医疗情境主导等,并基于此构建多方位、个体化的癌症晚期患儿尊严维护照护模式,强调医务人员需以患儿为中心、以家庭为尊严照护单位、个体化评估其尊严需求、提供尊严维护的环境基础并进行专业人员主导下的一系列尊严维护实践,多维度协同促进安宁疗护领域癌症晚期患儿尊严维护照护质量的提升。Through summarizing the healthcare providers’ cognition and practical experience of dignity-conserving care for advanced cancer children and synthesizing the published literature on this topic, this paper analyzed the uniqueness of dignity of advanced cancer children from individual, familial and social perspectives. The dignity of advanced cancer children is developmental with stage differences, and is significantly influenced by their family. Their social dignity is limited, and dominated by medical situations. Based on these, this paper constructed a multi-dimensional, individualized dignity-conserving care model for advanced cancer children, which emphasized children-centered and family-based dignity-conserving care,evaluated their individual needs, created an environmental basis for dignity-conserving care, and carried out a series of dignityconserving practices led by health professionals, in order to improve the quality of dignity-conserving care for advanced cancer children in palliative care.
