安宁疗护与非安宁疗护医疗费用负担水平比较研究

摘　　要：通过分析接受安宁疗护和未接受安宁疗护的恶性肿瘤临终患者的医疗费用相关数据,对各项指标进行统计学分析,结果发现接受安宁疗护与未接受安宁疗护的恶性肿瘤临终患者医疗费用相比,其日均和次均医疗费用,特别是治疗费、检查费、药费、护理费均低于非安宁疗护组(P<0.05)。患者住院日数、是否接受安宁疗护、化验费、卫生材料费、治疗费、床位费、西药费是恶性肿瘤临终患者医疗费用负担的影响因素(P<0.05)。揭示了安宁疗护可在一定程度上减轻患者经济负担,为患者选择科学、合理的临终照护方式提供依据。By analyzing the data related to the medical expenses of terminal patients with malignant tumors who received palliative care and those who did not receive palliative care, this paper made a statistical analysis of various indicators. The results showed that the average daily and hourly medical expenses, especially the treatment expenses, examination expenses,drug expenses and nursing expenses, were lower in the palliative care group than those in the non-palliative care group(P<0.05). Major influencing factors of the medical cost burden of terminal patients with malignant tumors include the length of stay, and cost of palliative care, lab test, medical material, treatment, medicine, etc.(P<0.05). Palliative care is proved to release the economic burden of patients to a certain extent. The study provides reference for patients to choose an advisable and reasonable way of end-of-life healthcare.
