摘　　要：回述作为医患交际中一种常见的会话常规,可以作为患者对医生诊疗建议的回应。会话分析视角下的患者回述虽然会推迟相关相邻对后件的出现,从而暂时影响会话的延续性;但此类回述的出现在很大程度上是为了维护医患之间的互解。此类回述展示了患者对互动交际过程的关注、对医生专业知识权威的尊重;此类回述所执行的社会行为是对医生所给诊疗建议的接受与遵守。这种互解构建与实现有利于建立和谐的门诊医疗互动,能够有效推动医患共同决策的进程。Formulation is a practice in clinical interactions, commonly observed in the patient’s responses to the doctor’s diagnoses or treatment recommendations. From the perspective of conversation analysis, it can be observed that the emergence of formulations may delay the appearance of the second pair part of the adjacency pair, that is, the conditionally relevant acceptance/rejection response to the doctor’s diagnoses or treatment recommendations. That delay temporarily affects the progressivity of the interaction. Formulations in these cases, however, substantially serve to maintain intersubjectivity between the doctor and the patient. They manifest the patient’s attentiveness to the interaction proper, his/her respect for the doctor’s professional authority, and acceptance of and obedience to the doctor’s diagnoses and treatment recommendations as well. These efforts in constructing and realizing intersubjectivity contribute to harmonious clinical interactions, and substantially promote the process of doctor-patient shared decision-making.
