从关怀到共生:新时代医患共同体构建的伦理取向

摘　　要：医患之间不仅构成利益攸关的健康共同体与精神文明的道德共同体,还经由共情结成彼此见证内感受、见证心灵记忆、见证生命的“同在者”,亦即医患共同体。从伦理学角度深刻阐释其情感性视角、主体性转向与关怀共生伦理构筑等理论特征,有助于明确积极构建新时代医患共同体的实践进路。具体而言,基于对医患交往的现实异化及其伦理解困的把握,关怀伦理有助于奠基医患关系向心力,共生伦理有助于赋能医患关系凝聚力,共生共在有助于增强医患关系生命力。Physicians and patients build not only a health community with vital interests and a moral community with spiritual civilization,but also a doctor-patient community.They are"companions"witnessing each other's inner feelings,spiritual memories and lives through empathy.From the perspective of ethics,the profound interpretation of its theoretical characteristics,such as the emotional perspective,the subjective turn and the construction of caring symbiosis ethics,will help to clarify the practical approach to actively build a community for doctors and patients in the new era.Specifically,based on the understanding of the realistic alienation of doctor-patient communication and its ethical solution,caring ethics helps to lay the foundation for the centripetal force of doctor-patient relationship,symbiosis ethics helps to enable the cohesion of doctor-patient relationship,symbiosis and co-existence helps to enhance the vitality of doctor-patient relationship.
