摘　　要：本文针对传统高校对大学生科技创新能力培养模式单一、学生创新能力不足的问题,提出了新时代大学生科技创新能力培养的新模式。分析了当前高校在学生创新能力培养过程中出现的问题,提出了基于科技创新能力培养的教育教学新体系的大学生创新能力培养方法,并阐述了大学生创新能力培养的意义,保障了高校科技创新人才培养的长效发展。In view of the single training mode of College Students'scientific and technological innovation ability in traditional colleges and universities and the lack of students'innovation ability,this paper puts forward a new mode of Cultivating College Students'scientific and technological innovation ability in the new era.This paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation of students'innovative ability in Colleges and universities,puts forward the cultivation method of College Students'Innovative Ability Based on the new education and teaching system of the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative ability,expounds the significance of the cultivation of College Students'innovative ability,and ensures the long-term development of the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents in Colleges and universities.
