摘　　要：手术彻底性切除是口腔癌治疗的关键和难点。肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤出芽及特有的肿瘤微环境决定了肿瘤侵袭前缘的肿瘤细胞生物学特性,对于侵袭和转移具有决定性作用。间室切除对于强化口腔癌外科治疗的根治力度,具有重要意义。该文对口腔癌侵袭前缘的意义及相关临床策略的新进展进行了分析与评述。Radical resection isthe key for treatment of oral cancer.Depth of invasion,tumour budding and the tumour microenvironment define the biological characteristics of cells in tumor invasive front,thereby determining invasion and metastasis capabilities.Compartmental resection is an important method for oral cancer treatment.Through analysis and review of the cutting-edge research on tumor invasive front,this paper sheds light on optimal radical resection for oral cancer.
