摘 要:教学诊断与改进是以提高人才培养质量为根本,以促进学校自主发展、内涵发展为宗旨,遵循“需求导向、自我保证、多元诊断、重在改进”的工作方针,涉及管理理念的更新、质量文化的形成、治理体系的重构等多个方面。职业院校应以机制创新为突破,综合全面质量管理思想、闭环控制理论及自身实际,强化顶层设计,系统性地构建基于PDCA的周期性与过程性融合的校系二级闭环控制的诊改机制,实施目标管理、绩效考核,分层推进、耦合驱动,全面提升职业教育质量。Teaching diagnosis and improvement is based on improving the quality of talent training, aiming at promoting the independent development and connotation development of the school, following the working policy of "demand orientation, self assurance, multiple diagnosis, focusing on improvement", involving the renewal of management concept, the formation of quality culture, the reconstruction of governance system and other aspects.Vocational colleges should take mechanism innovation as a breakthrough, integrate the thought of total quality management, closed-loop control theory and their own reality, strengthen top-level design, systematically build a diagnosis and reform mechanism of school department two-level closed loop control based on PDCA’s periodic and process integration, implement target management, performance assessment, hierarchical promotion and coupling drive, and comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education.
