摘 要:以6个不同产地的阿里红为研究对象,采用单因素实验结合响应面法对超声辅助提取阿里红总三萜酸(FOATTA)工艺进行优化,通过测定其对DPPH自由基清除率及Fe^(3+)还原能力考察其抗氧化活性。确定最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶33(g∶mL)、乙醇体积分数85%、提取时间40 min,在此条件下,FOATTA得率为14.510%;在实验浓度范围内,随着浓度的增加,不同产地FOATTA对DPPH自由基清除能力和Fe^(3+)还原能力均呈上升趋势,表明其具有一定的抗氧化能力。优化后的超声辅助提取工艺可行性强,操作简便,为进一步研究和开发阿里红资源提供了参考。Taking Fomes officinalis Ames from six different producing areas as the research object,we optimized the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total triterpenoid acids from Fomes officinalis Ames(FOATTA)by single-factor experiments combined with response surface methodologies,and investigated its antioxidant activity by the determination of scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals and Fe^(3+)reducing ability.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions can be determined as follows:the solid-liquid ratio 1∶33(g∶mL),the ethanol volume fraction of 85%,and the extraction time of 40 min.Under above conditions,the yield of FOATTA can reach 14.510%.Within the experimental concentration range,the DPPH free radical scavenging ability and Fe^(3+)reducing ability of FOATTA from different producing areas show increasing trends with the increase of concentration,indicating that FOATTA has a certain antioxidant capacity.The optimized ultrasonic-assisted extraction process is feasible and easy to operate,which provides reference for the further research and development of Fomes officinalis Ames resources.
