摘 要:采用中性盐雾腐蚀和脉冲焊接方法,研究了镀锌板的腐蚀行为和焊接性能,对比了镀锌钢板和富锌底漆板的耐蚀性能,观察了镀锌钢板焊缝及热影响区微观形貌。结果表明:在中性盐雾腐蚀条件下,镀锌板耐蚀性能约为富锌底漆板的2.3倍;采用脉冲焊接方法焊接镀锌板,焊缝强度高于母材,但焊缝内部有气孔;随着与焊缝距离的增加,热影响区中的贝氏体数量减少,硬度降低。The corrosion behavior and welding performance of galvanized steel sheet were studied by neutral salt spray corrosion and pulse welding,and the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel sheet and zinc-rich primer sheet were compared,the microstructure of the weld and heat affected zone of galvanized steel sheet was observed.The results show that the corrosion resistance of galvanized sheet is about 2.3 times of that of zinc-rich primer under neutral salt spray corrosion condition,and the weld strength of galvanized sheet is higher than that of base metal by pulse welding,but there are pores in the weld.The amount of bainite in heat affected zone decreases and the hardness decreases with the increase of the distance from the weld.
