摘 要:基于我国2009—2020年省级面板数据,试图厘清政府研发资助与高技术产业创新产出的复杂关系,并运用面板门槛模型进行分行业实证检验。结果表明:政府研发资助对高技术产业创新产出的影响存在行业差异。在医药制造业、计算机及办公设备制造业、电子及通信设备制造业中,随着政府研发资助强度的增加,政府研发资助的激励效应呈现边际效应递减的非线性特征。在医疗仪器设备及仪器仪表制造业中,政府研发资助对创新产出具有不显著的挤出效应,且不存在门槛效应;但无论是哪个行业,企业自有研发投入对高技术产业创新产出均产生了显著的促进作用。The paper took the Chinese provincial panel data from 2009 to 2020 as a sample,trying to clarify the complex relationship between government R&D funding and high-tech industries innovation output,and conducted empirical test by industry using the panel threshold model.The results show that there are industry differences in the impact of government R&D funding on innovation output.In the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,the computer and office equipment manufacturing industry,the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry,with the increase of government R&D funding intensity,the incentive effect of government R&D funding shows a nonlinear feature of diminishing marginal effect.In the medical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry,government R&D funding has a non-significant crowding effect on innovation output,and there is no threshold effect.However,no matter which industry it is,the company s R&D investment has a significant role in promoting the innovation output of high-tech industries.
