摘  要:高等职业教育主要以为国家培养高技术、高技能型人才为目标,为使学生在毕业后能够符合企业需求,迅速融入社会,高职院校的教师应积极探索全新的教学策略,阐明OBE教育理念的内涵,提出基于OBE理念的高职院校“金课”建设的总体思路与注意事项,指出现存的问题,并针对问题提出六条建设路径,包括打造德高技精的教学队伍、建设课程资源、创新教学模式、关注学生的学习过程、设计具备挑战性的学习活动及构建具备内在一致性的考核体系等,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。Higher vocational education mainly aims at cultivating high-tech and skilled talents for the country.In order to enable students to meet the needs of enterprises and quickly integrate into the society after graduation,teachers in higher vocational colleges should actively explore new teaching strategies. Firstly, this paper expounds the connotation of the OBE education concept and puts forward the general idea and precautions for “gold class”construction based on OBE concept in higher vocational colleges. Then it points out the existing problems in “gold class” construction of higher vocational colleges. Finally, six construction paths are put forward, including building a high moral and technical teaching team, building curriculum resources, innovating teaching model, paying attention to students’ learning process, designing challenging learning activities and building an internal consistent assessment system, in order to provide useful reference for relevant workers.
