摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议对我国的现代化建设具有重要的意义。由于语言是基奠,因此需要我国“一带一路”沿线省区,如四川等地区的外语教育为其源源不断地输出外语人才,并迎接挑战。对四川地区高校外语教育现状进行了梳理和分析,同时结合四川省的经济、文化、地理等特殊情况,借鉴我国外语教育政策的有益经验,探讨四川省高校外语教育面临的问题、挑战及应对策略,为四川省融入“一带一路”倡议的建设提供语言储备人才,为四川省发挥在“一带一路”倡议中的西部领军作用提供软实力。The Belt and Road Initiative is of great significance to China’s modernization. Since language is the foundation, foreign language education in provinces and regions along the "Belt and Road", such as Sichuan, needs to continuously export foreign language talents and meet challenges This paper combs and analyzes the current situation of language education in colleges and universities of Sichuan Province. Considering the economic, cultural and geographical background and drawing on the useful experiences of China’s foreign language policy, it discusses the problems, challenges and coping strategies of foreign language education in Sichuan, so as to provide language reserve talents for Sichuan Province to integrate into the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, and provide soft power for Sichuan Province to play a leading role in the western part of the Belt and Road Initiative.
