摘  要:目的 分析结直肠癌患者组织细胞角蛋白7(CK7)、尾型同源盒转录因子-2(CDX2)、抑制P53基因蛋白(P53)表达及意义。方法 选取2016年8月至2021年8月于景德镇市第三人民医院确诊的60例结直肠癌(CRC)患者的癌组织及癌旁组织石蜡标本,采用免疫组化检测组织中的CK7、CDX2、P53阳性表达率。分析各指标阳性表达率与临床病理特征的关系。结果 CK7、CDX2在癌组织中的阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P53在癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移癌组织中的CK7、CDX2阳性表达率低于无淋巴结转移癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低分化、浆膜浸润型、Dukes C+D期癌组织中的CDX2阳性表达率低于高分化、非浆膜浸润型、Dukes A+B期癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移、低分化、浆膜浸润型、Dukes C+D期中P53阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移、中高分化、非浆膜浸润型、Dukes A+B期癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在CRC癌组织中,CK7、CDX2阳性表达下调,P53阳性表达率上调,均可能参与着肿瘤的发生和发展,可作为评估患者病情进展的指标。Objective To analyze the expression and significance of tissue keratin 7(CK7), tail homolobox transcription factor-2(CDX2) and P53 suppressor gene protein(P53) in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Paraffin samples were collected from 60 patients with colorectal cancer(CRC) diagnosed in The Third People’s Hospital of Jingdezhen from August2016 to August 2021, and the positive expression rates of CK7, CDX2 and P53 in the tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the positive expression rate of each index and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of CK7 and CDX2 in cancer tissues were lower than those in adjacent tissues, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of P53 in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The positive expression rates of CK7 and CDX2in the tissues with lymph node metastasis were lower than those in the tissues without lymph node metastasis, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of CDX2 in poorly differentiated,serum-infiltrated and Dukes C+D stage carcinoma was lower than that in well-differentiated, non-serum-infiltrated and Dukes A+B stage carcinoma, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of P53 in Dukes C+D stage carcinoma with lymph node metastasis, low differentiation, serous infiltration was higher than that in Dukes A+B stage carcinoma without lymph node metastasis, medium and high differentiation, non-serous infiltration, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In CRC cancer tissues, the positive expression of CK7 and CDX2 is down-regulated, and the positive expression rate of P53 is up-regulated, which may be involved in the occurrence and development of tumor, and can be used as indicators to evaluate the disease progression of patients.
