摘　　要：近年中性粒细胞作为主要的免疫细胞亚群之一,在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用受到广泛关注。以调控中性粒细胞功能表型为目标的肿瘤免疫治疗逐渐成为肿瘤治疗领域研究热点。越来越多的研究表明,中性粒细胞可通过释放活性氧(ROS)、各类细胞因子、蛋白酶和胞外诱捕网(NETs)及影响其他免疫细胞功能等方式参与肿瘤免疫微环境(TME)重塑,从而影响肿瘤进展。中性粒细胞存在两种功能表型,即N1和N2亚型,分别发挥促肿瘤和抗肿瘤功能。考虑到中性粒细胞在肿瘤进展中的双重作用,靶向TME中的中性粒细胞,使其向N1方向极化,可能成为一种潜在的新型抗肿瘤免疫治疗方法。本文将对这一领域最新的研究进展进行综述,为从调控中性粒细胞功能表型从而调控TME角度进行肿瘤免疫治疗研究提供参考。Neutrophils as one of main immune cell subsets in tumorigenesis and development has attracted wide attention.Immunotherapy aiming at regulating function type of neutrophils has become a hot spot in field of tumor therapeutic research.More and more evidence shows that neutrophils can involve in tumor microenvironment(TME)by releasing reactive oxygen species(ROS),various cytokines,proteases,releasing extracellular trapping nets(NETs)and affecting function of other immune cells,thearby affect tumor progression.Neutrophils have two functional phenotypes,N1 and N2,which play tumor-promoting or anti-tumor functions respectively.Considering dual role of neutrophils in tumor progression,targeting neutrophils in TME and polarizing them towards N1will become a potential new method of anti-tumor immunotherapy.In this paper,the latest research progress in this field will be reviewed in order to provide reference for research of tumor immunotherapy from point of view of regulating TME.
