陈氏《外感温病篇》辨治风温病学术思想探究

摘　　要：《外感温病篇》是论治风温病的专著,陈平伯对风温病的传变症见及治法独具精要,其治疗思想、用药选择也颇有特点,可与《温热论》《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》等经典著作相互参照。中医学风温病的研究,对辨治急性感染性呼吸系统疾病具有重要意义。本文通过对《外感温病篇》的整理分析,传承古人经验,以期指导临床。Paper of Exogenous Febrile Diseases is a monograph on the treatment of wind-warm disease. Mr.Chen Pingbo had a unique point of view in the transmission and treatment of wind-warm disease. His therapeutic methods and selection of traditional Chinese medicine are characteristic,which can be mutually referenced with classic works of traditional Chinese medicine such as Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases,Huangdi Neijing and Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases. The study of wind-warm disease in traditional Chinese medicine have a significant meaning in treating acute infectious diseases in the respiratory system. Through analyzing and sorting out the academic thoughts in the Paper of Exogenous Febrile Diseases,this paper aims at inheriting ancient experience and tries to guide clinical treatment.
