摘　　要：在数字化时代,创新高校劳动教育内容、途径、方式,增强劳动教育的时代性极为必要。重构数字化时代高校劳动教育是新时代劳动教育的内在要求,是数字劳动场景泛化的时代诉求,也是“数字化”人才培育的根本需求。数字化时代的多元劳动形态共存、大学生劳动价值观偏误和劳动教育网络空间欠缺等问题是高校劳动教育的现实挑战。基于此,认识劳动教育新特征、拓展劳动教育新空间和保障劳动教育稳运行是推动高校劳动教育数字化转型的有效路径。In the digital era, it is extremely necessary to innovate the content, ways and means of labor education in colleges and universities and enhance the modernity of labor education. The reconstruction of labor education in colleges and universities in the digital era is the inherent requirement of labor education in the new era, which is the demand of the times for the generalization of digital labor scenes and the fundamental demand for the cultivation of digital talents. The coexistence of multiple labor forms in the digital era, the misunderstanding of labor values of college students and the lack of labor education network space are the real challenges of labor education in colleges and universities. Based on this, recognizing the new features of labor education, expanding the new space of labor education and ensuring the stable operation of labor education are effective paths to promote the digital transformation of labor education in colleges and universities.
