摘 要:架线张力和风偏摇摆角计算是输电线路工程设计中的一项关键技术,本文对比分析DL/T 5582与GB 50545中电气风荷载计算公式和参数设定的不同,判断新规范实施后对风偏计算和架线张力的影响。结合具体算例,从计算参数、摇摆角、架线张力、弧垂四个方面分析相同设计条件下,采用新规范与旧规范计算结果的差异。结果表明,新旧规范计算参数受水平档距和平均高的影响较大;新规范对500 kV及以下电压等级线路摇摆角影响较大;大风控制下,新规范风偏张力和架线张力计算值小于旧规范计算值,从而影响定位弧垂,工程设计时应引起注意。The calculation of tension and wind deviation is the key technology in the design of transmission lines.The differences between DL/T 5582 and GB 50545 in the calculation formula and parameter setting of electrical wind load were analyzed.Combined with specific examples,the differences between the tension and wind deviation calculated by the new code and the old code under the same design conditions were analyzed from four aspects of calculation parameters,swing angle,tension and sag.The result shows that the calculation parameters of the new and old codes are greatly affected by the horizontal span and the average height.The new code has a great influence on the swing angle of 500 kV and below lines.Under the control of wind,the calculated values of wind deflection tension and wire tension in the new code are smaller than those in the old code.Attention should be paid to the engineering design as the sag is affected by the new code.
