摘　　要：帕金森病抑郁的高发病率,使其成为困扰患者及医务人员的一大难题。经颅直流电刺激作为一种有效性高、副作用小、依从性好的物理治疗方式,已经在抑郁症等多种神经精神疾病中显现出优势。本文就帕金森病抑郁发生的相关脑环路、经颅直流电刺激的参数选择、经颅直流电刺激治疗帕金森病抑郁的效果及其作用机制进行综述。The high incidence of depression in Parkinson’s disease has become a major problem for patients and medical staff. Transcranial direct current stimulation, as a physical therapy with high effectiveness, small side effects and good compliance, has shown its advantages in depression and other neuropsychiatric diseases. This article reviews the related brain circuits of depression in Parkinson’s disease, the parameter selection of transcranial direct current stimulation, the effect and mechanism of transcranial direct current stimulation in the treatment of depression in Parkinson’s disease.
