摘　　要：作为新兴的医养结合型养老服务专业,老年保健与管理专业存在招生困难、教育层次不完整、职业资格认证体系不完善等问题。文章以安徽医学高等专科学校的实践为例,探讨老年保健与管理专业建设路径,提出应着力增强学生专业认同感、完善老年保健与管理专业设置层次、落实老年保健与管理专业相关职业资格证书制度等建议,强调专业建设核心是提高老年保健与管理人才培养质量,实现可持续发展。As emerging majors combined medical and nursing care service,geriatric health care and management are facing a series of problems,such as enrollment difficultly,educational levels incompletely,professional qualification certification system imperfectly,etc.Taking Anhui Medical College as an example,the paper discussed the construction path of geriatric health care and management majors and put forward suggestions including enhancing students’professional identity,improving the setting level of geriatric health care and management majors,implementing the professional qualification certificate system related to geriatric health care and management majors,etc.It emphasized that the core of professional construction is to improve the quality of geriatric health care and management talents training to achieve sustainable development.
