摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗对直肠癌患者炎症因子水平及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择在医院进行治疗的80例直肠癌患者,随机分为对照组(行传统开腹手术)和观察组(行腹腔镜手术),各40例。采集患者静脉血后并对疼痛因子[前列腺素E2(PGE2)、神经肽(NPY)]、炎症因子[白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及免疫细胞因子[自然杀伤细胞(NK)、自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+))]等进行检测。结果:观察组患者治疗后血清PGE_(2)、NPY、TNF-α、IL-8水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的NK、NKT、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)细胞频数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术治疗对直肠癌患者免疫功能的影响较小,还能调节患者的疼痛因子及炎症因子水平,减轻患者的疼痛程度,减少患者的炎症反应。Objective:To observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factors and immune function in patients with rectal cancer.Methods:80 patients with rectal cancer who were treated in hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the control group(traditional open surgery)and the observation group(laparoscopic surgery),with 40 patients in each group.After collecting the patient’s venous blood,the pain factor[prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),neuropeptide(NPY)],inflammatory factor[interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]And immune cytokines[natural killer cells(NK),natural killer T cells(NKT),T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+))].Results:Serum PGE2,NPY,TNF of patients in the observation group after treatment-α、The level of IL-8 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The frequency of NK,NKT,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)cells in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic surgery has less impact on the immune function of rectal cancer patients.It can also adjust the levels of pain factors and inflammatory factors in patients,reduce the degree of pain in patients,and decrease the inflammatory reaction of patients.
