品管圈对肺结节切除患者术后早期活动依从性的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动对肺结节切除患者术后早期活动依从性的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月-2022年1月未实施品管圈管理的53例患者为对照组,找出影响肺结节切除患者术后早期活动依从性的主要影响因素,制定相应的对策和措施。以2022年2月-2022年6月实施品管圈管理的53例患者为观察组。比较品管圈活动前后患者术后早期活动的依从性。结果:品管圈活动实施后,患者术后早期活动依从性较品管圈活动前明显提高,住院时间较品管圈活动前明显缩短,护理满意度较品管圈活动前明显提升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈管理可以促进肺结节切除患者尽早进行术后活动,降低疼痛程度,提升患者满意度,缩短康复时间,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of quality control circle activities on early postoperative activity compliance in patients with pulmonary nodule resection.Methods:Fifty-three patients without quality control circle management were selected as the control group from September 2021 to January 2022 to determine the key influencing factors affecting the compliance of early postoperative activities in patients who underwent pulmonary nodule excision and to design appropriate countermeasures and strategies.The observation group was then composed of 53 patients who participated in quality control circle management from February 2022 to June 2022.Before and after the quality control circle activity,patient compliance with early postoperative activities was examined.Results:The implementation of quality control circle activities showed statistically significant improvements in patient compliance with early postoperative activities,shorter length of stay,and increased satisfaction with care,these were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle management can successfully enhance early postoperative activities in patients with pulmonary nodule resection,reduce suffering,increase patient satisfaction,shorten recovery time,and improve patients’quality of life.
