薄层CT扫描对喉癌的诊断准确性及临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究喉癌患者行薄层CT扫描的诊断效果。方法数据遴选本院2020年3月-2021年10月收治的60例喉癌患者,以病理检查为诊断“金标准”,所有对象均行薄层CT检查、超声检查,分析诊断结果、疾病检出情况及诊断效能。结果薄层检查确诊率(95.00%)、疾病检出率(91.67%)高于超声检查(83.33%)、(75.00%),薄层CT检查的灵敏度(95.41%)、特异度(92.14%)、阳性预测值(90.23%)及阴性预测值(93.69%)高于超声检查(83.69%)、(81.27%)、(80.05%)、(82.38%),χ^(2)=4.2272,6.0000,10.2956,12.5473,8.5769,4.2315,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论薄层CT扫描用于喉癌诊断中可提高疾病确诊度、避免误诊或漏诊,提高诊断效能、明确疾病类型,可为疾病后续治疗提供参考依据,值得推崇。Objective To study the diagnostic effect of thin-slice CT scan in patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods Data were selected from 60 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021.Pathological examination was used as the“gold standard”for diagnosis.All subjects underwent thin-layer CT examination and ultrasound examination,and the diagnosis results and diseases were analyzed.Detection conditions and diagnostic efficiency.Results The diagnosis rate(95.00%)and disease detection rate(91.67%)of thin-layer examination were higher than those of ultrasound examination(83.33%)and(75.00%).The sensitivity(95.41%)and specificity(92.14%)of thin-layer CT examination were),positive predictive value(90.23%)and negative predictive value(93.69%)are higher than ultrasound(83.69%),(81.27%),(80.05%),(82.38%),χ^(2)=4.2272,6.000,10.2956,12.5473,8.5769,4.2315,P<0.05(with statistical significance).Conclusion Thin-slice CT scanning used in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer can improve the diagnosis of the disease,avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis,improve the diagnostic efficiency,and clarify the type of disease.It can provide a reference for the follow-up treatment of the disease and is worthy of praise.
