摘 要:目的分析过敏性鼻炎患者过敏原检测结果。方法筛选136例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,136例患者均选自2019年10月~2021年10月并实施过敏原检测,分析阳性检出率、不同性别及年龄段过敏原检测结果。结果136例过敏性鼻炎患者中检出115(84.55%)例过敏原阳性,21(15.44%)例过敏原阴性,其中吸入性过敏原阳性34(29.57%)例,食入性过敏原阳性20(17.39%)例,吸入+食入过敏原阳性61(53.04%)例。单一过敏原阳性率30.15%,2种或2种以上过敏原阳性率69.85%;男性过敏原阳性率高于女性,随着年龄增加吸入性过敏原阳性率逐渐增加,食入性过敏原阳性率降低。吸入性过敏原常见尘螨、霉菌、狗毛等,食入性过敏原常见牛奶、鸡蛋白、腰果等。结论过敏性鼻炎患者食入性过敏原以尘螨、霉菌为主,食入性过敏原常见牛奶、鸡蛋白为主,发病后通过过敏原检测可了解其发病及过敏原因,从而制定合理的干预措施,达到提高病情控制率的目的,值得借鉴及参考。Objective To analyze the results of allergen testing in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 136 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected as the research object.136 patients were selected from October 2019 to October 2021 and implemented allergen testing.The positive detection rate,allergen testing results of different genders and ages were analyzed.Results Among 136 patients with allergic rhinitis,115(84.55%)allergen-positive cases were detected,21(15.44%)allergen-negative cases,of which 34(29.57%)cases were positive for inhaled allergens and positive for ingested allergens 20(17.39%)cases,61(53.04%)cases were positive for inhalation+ingestion of allergens.The positive rate of single allergen is 30.15%,the positive rate of two or more allergens is 69.85%;the positive rate of male allergens is higher than that of females,the positive rate of inhaled allergens gradually increases with age,and the positive rate of ingested allergens reduce.Common dust mites,molds,dog hair,etc.are common inhalation allergens,and milk,egg white,cashew nuts,etc.common in inhalation allergens.Conclusion The ingested allergens of patients with allergic rhinitis are mainly dust mites and molds,and the ingested allergens are mainly milk and chicken albumen.After the onset of the disease,the allergen test can be used to understand the onset and the cause of the allergy,so as to formulate a reasonable Intervention measures to achieve the purpose of improving the disease control rate are worth learning and reference.
