胃食管反流病治疗方法在20例咽喉反流性疾病治疗中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究咽喉反流性疾病(LPRD)患者应用胃食管反流病(GERD)治疗方法的效果。方法数据遴选本院2020年1月-2021年9月收治的20例LPRD患者,“双盲法”分参照组(慢性咽喉炎常规综合治疗,n=10)、科研组(GERD治疗方法,n=10),2组临床疗效比较。结果治疗前比较2组炎症因子、肠胃激素水平无差异,P>0.05;治疗后与参照组比较,科研组IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α指标更低;血浆胃动素、血清胃泌素指标更高;LESP值更高,PA指标、PV指标更高,pH值<4反流次数更少、pH值<4时间更短;喉咽部黏膜更低;科研组缓解率(100.00%)高于参照组(60.00%),χ^(2)=5.000,p=0.025,P<0.05(具统计学意义)。结论GERD治疗方法用于LPRD治疗可降低炎症、改善肠胃激素水平,提高疗效、值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)treatment in patients with throat reflux disease(LPRD).Methods The data selected 20 LPRD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021.The“double-blind method”was divided into reference group(conventional comprehensive treatment of chronic pharyngitis,n=10),scientific research group(GERD treatment method,n=10),compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results There was no difference in the levels of inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;after treatment,compared with the reference group,the indicators of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the scientific research group were lower;plasma motilin and serum The gastrin index is higher;the LESP value is higher,the PA index and the PV index are higher,the pH value is less than 4,the number of refluxes is less,and the pH value is less than 4 for shorter time;the laryngopharyngeal mucosa is lower;the remission rate of the scientific research group(100.00%)was higher than the reference group(60.00%),χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion The treatment of GERD for LPRD can reduce inflammation,improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and improve the efficacy,which is worthy of praise.
