摘　　要：疾病是形与神相互作用的动态衍变过程,而非单一时点与线性问题。复杂多样的外现症状是疾病的表象,其内在有深刻的系统根源和发展动力。在疾病过程中,身心病变有相同感受途径,并相互承接,形成因果交替的病变规律。以时间点和空间点诊断,还原心理和躯体紊乱的逐步递进过程,是辨证的内容与实质。只考虑单一局部,则难以认识疾病的本质和全貌。The emergence of disease is a dynamic evolutionary process of the interaction between the physical and mental symptoms,rather than a problem at the level of single time-point and linear.The complex and diverse external symptoms are the appearance of the disease.Inside it,there are deeper systemic roots and driving forces.In the process of disease,the pathological changes of the body and the mind have the mutually inherited access,forming the law of alternation of causality.Diagnose based on time and space points,and restore the gradual progression of psychological and physical disorders,that is the content and essence of the syndrome differentiation.If only a single part is considered,it is difficult to obtain the nature and complete perspective of the disease.
