摘 要:为建立不同产地辽藁本药材品质与产地土壤因子的相关性,确定影响辽藁本药材质量的主要因素,为辽藁本的合理栽培、科学施肥提供理论依据。本研究以8份辽藁本为材料,测定了其根茎的阿魏酸、藁本内酯品质及生长土壤基本养分含量和土壤酶活性;分析了品质指标与土壤因子的相关性,并采用逐步回归分析法筛选影响辽藁本根茎品质的主要土壤因子。不同产地辽藁本在阿魏酸、藁本内酯含量上具有一定的差异,药材品质呈现地域性;辽藁本根际土壤pH、养分含量(有机质,速效氮,速效磷,速效钾)、酶活性(蔗糖酶,酸性磷酸酶,脲酶,过氧化氢酶)存在一定差异,部分呈现显著性差异水平。相关性分析结果显示,阿魏酸与有机质量、酸性磷酸酶活性呈极显著负相关;藁本内酯与有机质量、速效磷量、过氧化氢酶活性呈极显著负相关;土壤养分与土壤酶活性存在一定相关性。辽藁本品质主要受土壤有机质含量影响,同时也应考虑土壤因子间的相互作用,因此在辽藁本栽培中应控制有机质肥用量,同时应根据实际情况增减土壤各养分含量及其配比,以促进药用部位有效成分的形成和积累。To establish the correlation between Ligusticum jeholense quality and soil factors in different areas, determine the main factors affecting Ligusticum jeholense quality, and provide theoretical basis for the rational cultivation and scientific management of Ligusticum jeholense. A total of 8 samples of rhizome and soil of Ligusticum jeholense were used as materials in the study. The basic nutrient, the activity of soil enzyme and the quality of samples were measured. The correlation between the quality of rhizome and soil factor was analyzed. The main soil factors affecting the quality of rhizome of Ligusticum jeholense were also selected by using the stepwise regression analysis. The content of ferulic acid and ligustilide in Ligusticum jeholense were different from different regions, and there were also regional characteristics in quality between them. The pH, nutrient contents(organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium) and enzyme activities(sucrase, acid phosphatase, urease, catalase) of rhizosphere soil of Ligusticum jeholense were different, and some of them showed significant differences. Correlation analysis showed that ferulic acid was negatively correlated with organic matter content and acid phosphatase activity. There was a significant negative correlation between ligustilide and organic matter content, available phosphorus and catalase activity. There was a certain correlation between soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities. The quality of Ligusticum jeholense is mainly affected by the content of soil organic matter, and the interaction between soil factors should also be considered. Therefore, the amount of organic matter fertilizer should be controlled in the cultivation of Ligusticum jeholense, and the content and ratio of soil nutrients should be increased or decreased according to the actual situation, so as to promote the formation and accumulation of effective components in the medicinal parts.
