大学生创业能力状况及其影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：采取自主编制大学生创业能力自评量表和影响调查问卷,并面向19所高校的本科生进行调查,采集有效样本4 248份,考察大学生创业能力的状况及关键影响因素。研究结果表明,大学生创业能力在性别、政治面貌、学生干部上均存在显著差异;大学生创业能力与影响因素呈显著相关;影响大学生创业能力的关键因素包括人才培养目标与创新创业教学资源、创新创业实践与评价、社会创业政策支持与帮扶及家庭背景与创业资本。基于实证分析,对高校创新创业教育提出建议。。Using the self-developed questionnaire of college students’ entrepreneurial ability and collecting 4 248 effective samples from 19 universities for the survey, the paper explores the development and influencing factors of college students’ entrepreneurial ability. The influencing factors include gender, work experience, political status, college club experience. The entrepreneurial ability of college students is significantly correlated with these influencing factors. The key factors affecting college students’ entrepreneurial ability include training objectives, innovative teaching resources, entrepreneurship programs, social policy for entrepreneurship subsidies and assistance. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the strategies to improve college students’ entrepreneurial ability from the perspective of universities.
