摘　　要：中国式现代化是中国共产党立足基本国情与世界大势,充分汲取中华优秀传统文化养分,批判借鉴先发国家经验内核,经过长期实践探寻的兴国新路。新发展理念管根本、管全局、管长远,明晰了我国现代化建设的指导原则。构建凸显新发展理念、具有中国特色的中国式现代化评价指标体系,既要立足学术界的长期探索与世界各国的丰富实践,又要从理论逻辑视域深刻把握评价指标体系构建的理论来源、国际经验、文化根基、基本原则与根本要求。屹立全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的时代潮头,梳理分析中国式现代化评价指标体系的理论逻辑,构建中国式现代化评价指标体系,既有助于实现现代化道路的历史性变革与系统性重塑,也是消解西方现代化话语霸权的应有之义。Chinese-style modernization is a new exploration towards national revitalization by the Communist Party of China with analyzation of the features that are unique to Chinese context and the world trends,absorb the nutrients of excellent traditional Chinese culture,derivation from the experience of the first mover countries with criticism,and exploration through long-term practice.The new development concept is fundamental,overall and long-term.The implementation of the new development concept defines the guiding principles for China’s modernization drive.The construction of Chinese-style modernization evaluation index system with Chinese characteristics that highlights the new development concept should not only be based on the long-term exploration of the academic community and the rich practice of countries around the world,but also deeply grasp the theoretical source,international experience,cultural foundation,basic principles and fundamental requirements of the construction of the evaluation index system from the perspective of theoretical logic.Standing at the forefront of the times to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,combing and analyzing the theoretical logic of the evaluation index system of Chinese-style modernization,and the construction of Chinese-style modernization evaluation index system will not only help to realize the historical transformation and systematic reconstruction of the modernization path,but also help to dispel the hegemony of western modernization discourse.
