摘　　要：作为企业创新决策过程的第一步,环境扫描发挥着知识收集与分析的重要作用,是组织内外部连接的重要途径,直接影响着后期的战略规划与决策结果。基于战略决策分析、选择、实施及绩效评估的内在逻辑,从企业外部环境(环境特征、行业分布、地域分布),内部环境(组织基本特征、高层管理者、组织能力),企业创新模式和组织绩效4个方面对环境扫描相关研究文献进行梳理。以企业环境扫描需求为出发点,贯穿环境扫描信息收集分析和创新决策的全流程,构建企业环境扫描整合式研究框架。从环境扫描体系的整合、中国情景下的理论和实践、颠覆性技术环境的契合、大数据提升预见能力、环境扫描网络的构建、新技术手段的运用等几方面提出环境扫描未来的研究展望。As the first step of the enterprise innovation decision-making process, environmental scanning plays an important role in knowledge collection and analysis, is an important way to connect internal and external organizations, and directly affects the later strategic planning and decision-making results.Based on the internal logic of strategic decision analysis, selection, implementation and performance evaluation, this paper combs the research literature related to environmental scanning from four aspects: the external environment of the enterprise(environmental characteristics, industry distribution, geographical distribution),the internal environment(basic characteristics of the organization, senior managers, organizational capabilities),enterprise innovation model and organizational performance.Based on the demand of enterprise environment scanning, the integrated research framework of enterprise environment scanning is constructed through the whole process of environmental scanning information collection, analysis and innovation decision-making.The future research prospects of environmental scanning are proposed from the aspects of integration of environmental scanning system, theory and practice in Chinese context, fit of subversive technological environment, big data improvement of foresight, construction of environmental scanning network, and application of new technologies.
