交联淀粉胶在包装领域应用性能研究

摘  要:以玉米淀粉为原料,通过聚乙烯醇、氧化剂、交联剂改性制备成储存稳定且快干的生物淀粉胶;将改性淀粉胶与EVA乳液分别用于纸箱粘接,对比初粘时间、粘合强度、粘结效果,并于不同温度下观察储存稳定性。结果表明:改性淀粉胶初粘时间25秒,粘接效果和粘合强度对比EVA乳液无明显区别,常温下储存1个月无分层、霉变。该粘合剂在制备过程中不使用有机溶剂,可降解、无挥发毒性,且原料易得、绿色环保、价格低廉,适用于纸箱、纸袋粘接。Cornstarch was used as raw material and modified by polyvinyl alcohol,oxidant and crosslinker to prepare stable and quick-drying bio-starch gum.The modified starch glue and EVA emulsion were used to bond cartons,respectively.Their initial bonding time,bonding strength and bonding effect and the storage stability at different temperatures were compared.The results show that the initial sticking time of the modified starch glue is 25 seconds,and the bonding effect and bonding strength are not significantly different from those of the EVA emulsion,and there is no delamination and mildew stored at room temperature for 1 month.The adhesive does not use an organic solvent in the preparation process,can be degraded,no volatile poison,and the raw material is easy to obtain,green environmental protection,low price,suitable for carton,paper bag bonding.
