急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者行内镜止血功能的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 分析急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者行内镜止血功能的效果研究。方法 采取回顾性分析手法对本院2019年2月至2021年2月抽取的85例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者作为分析对象,依照1∶1形式设置两组对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=43),前者给予保守药物治疗,后者在前者基础之上增加内镜止血治疗。对比两组术后各项指标恢复时间、治疗效果、治疗前后血流动力学及急性生理功能评分。结果 对照组术后各项指标恢复时间均比观察组晚,均(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的血流动力学变化、临床疗效均优于对照组,差距有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者应用保守药物联合内镜止血治疗,效果理想,可减少住院时间,值得大力推广。Objective To explore the application value of endoscopic hemostasis in the treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 85 patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding from February 2019 to February 2021 were analyzed, Set up two groups of control group(n=42)and observation group(n=43)according to 1∶1 form, The former was treated with conservative drugs, The latter adds endoscopic hemostatic therapy to the former.The recovery time, therapeutic effect, hemodynamics and acute physiological function scores were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of each index in the control group was later than that in the observation group, All P<0.05,The hemodynamic changes and clinical effects in the observation group were better than those in the control group, a significant gap(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding, conservative drugs combined with endoscopic hemostasis, It works, Reduced length of stay, It is worth popularizing.
