摘　　要：文章总结分析《伤寒论》六经病篇不同证候类型下利病变的理法方药,六经辨治下利妙法层出、方药俱备,三阳下利并非皆为阳热实证,亦有病性属虚或虚实夹杂者,三阴下利并非皆为虚寒下利,亦有病性属实或虚实夹杂者。临证时应遵《伤寒论》:“观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之。”知其表里先后,辨清寒热虚实、轻重缓急,治病方得良效。This paper summarizes the principles, methods and prescriptions for promoting pathological changes different syndrome types in the Six Meridian Diseases of “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”. Under the Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment, the benefits and miracles emerge one after another, and the prescriptions and medicines are available. The six meridians have different kinds of beneficial methods and prescriptions. Three Yang Xiali are not all Yang heat syndrome, but also the disease nature is deficiency or deficiency and reality mixture. The three yin Xiali are not all deficiency and cold benefits, but also the disease nature is true or deficiency and reality mixture.We should follow the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” in the clinical treatment: “Watch the pulse syndrome, know the inverse of the offense, and treat it according to the syndrome.” Knowing the sequence of the appearance and the inside, distinguishing the deficiency of cold and heat, the severity and priority, the treatment of the disease has a good effect.
