完骨穴治疗失眠的理论浅析

摘　　要：失眠,中医称为“不寐”,因外邪、饮食、情志等多种因素致人体阴阳失合,心神受扰,神不守舍,使不能获得正常睡眠,发为本病。完骨位于头项部,属胆经之穴,与膀胱经交会,与肝经相表里,别通于心经,通过四海气街理论与脑关系密切,故完骨可转枢阴阳、调畅情志、宁心安神。文章试从完骨穴所属经脉特性、所通经脉特性以及本穴相关属性分析完骨治疗失眠的理论依据,为治疗失眠提供一点思路。Insomnia is called“bumei”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is caused by exogenous evil,improper diet,emotion and other factors,resulting in the disharmony of yin and Yang,disturbed mind,and unable to get normal sleep.Wangu is located in the head and neck,it belongs to the gallbladder meridian,intersects with the bladder meridian,and is connected with the liver meridian and the heart meridian,It is closely related to the brain through the Four seas and Qi Street theory.Therefore,Wangu can pivot Yin and Yang,regulate emotions and calm the mind.This paper tries to analyze the theoretical basis of Wangu point in the treatment of insomnia from the characteristics of its meridian,the characteristics of its relevant meridians and the attributes of this point,so as to provide some ideas for the treatment of insomnia.
