298例宫颈病变中高危型HPV亚型分布情况分析

摘　　要：目的统计分析宫颈癌及癌前病变中高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)亚型分布情况。方法选取298例无锡市锡山区9个乡镇筛查出的宫颈癌及癌前病变患者,统计分析本地区宫颈癌及癌前病变中高危型HPV亚型分布情况。结果298例宫颈癌及宫颈病变中有220例单一型高危型HPV感染,其中前三位亚型感染为16型、58型,52型和33型并列第三,18型排名第六位,无59型感染。CINⅠ级病变中最多感染为四重感染,CINⅡ级病变最多为三重感染,CINⅢ及宫颈癌均最多为双重感染,且各仅有1例。结论不同级别宫颈病变均以单一型感染为主,且随着病变的程度加重,单一型感染呈上升趋势;多重感染并不促进宫颈病变的发生发展,病变的严重程度与高危型HPV感染的数量无关。Objective The distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)subtypes in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions was analyzed statistically.Methods 298 patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions were selected from 9 townships in Xishan District of Wuxi City.The distribution of high-risk HPV subtypes in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in this area was analyzed statistically.Results Among 298 cases of cervical cancer and cervical lesions,there were 220 cases of single high-risk HPV infection,among which the top three subtypes were type 16,type 58,type 52 and type 33 ranked the third,type 18 ranked the sixth,and no type 59 infection.The maximum infection in CINⅠ lesions was quadruple infection,CINⅡ lesions was triple infection,CINⅢ and cervical cancer were double infection,and there was only 1 case each.Conclusion The single type infection was dominant in the cervical lesions of different grades,and the single type infection was on the rise with the aggravation of the lesions.Multiple infections did not promote the development of cervical lesions,and the severity of lesions was not correlated with the number of high-risk HPV infections.
