米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取94例子宫肌瘤患者,根据随机信封法将其分为对照组与研究组,各47例。对照组予以米非司酮治疗,研究组予以米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗,均连续治疗6个月,比较两组子宫肌瘤及子宫体积、临床疗效、1年复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组子宫肌瘤体积及子宫体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫肌瘤体积及子宫体积小于治疗前,且研究组明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率93.62%高于对照组的74.47%,1年复发率4.26%低于对照组的17.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤,可缩小病灶及子宫体积,提升临床疗效,降低复发风险,安全可靠,具有推广使用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Mifepristone combined with Gongyuxiao capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 94 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random envelope method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mifepristone,and the study group was treated with Mifepristone combined with Gongyuxiao capsule for 6 months.Uterine fibroids and uterine volume,clinical efficacy,1-year recurrence rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine fibroid volume and uterine volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine fibroid volume and uterine volume of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.62%higher than that of the control group(74.47%),and the one-year recurrence rate of 4.26%was lower than that of the control group(17.02%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gongliuxiao capsule in the treatment of hysteromyoma can reduce the focus and uterine volume,improve clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of recurrence,and is safe and reliable,has the value of popularization and use.
