摘　　要：功能性烧心在临床治疗中存在治疗药物单一、缺乏特效药物等问题,严重影响了患者生活质量。单兆伟教授从医50载,对于功能性烧心有着独到的理解,认为此病的辨治重点在于郁,病机关键为肝气不舒,气机郁滞,脾胃之气升降失常,治疗时应以疏肝解郁,调畅气机为基本原则,注重理脾和胃,调整脾胃气机,同时辨证合用清宣郁热、化痰除湿、活血化瘀等治法,临床每获殊功。In the clinical treatment of functional heartburn, there are many problems, such as single drugs and lack of specific drugs, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Professor Shan Zhaowei has been a doctor for 50 years and has a unique understanding of functional heartburn.He believes that the focus of syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease lies in depression, and the key pathogenesis is disharmony of liver qi, stagnation of Qi mechanism, and abnormal rise and fall of Qi of spleen and stomach.Therefore, the treatment should be based on the basic principle of soothing the liver, relieving depression and regulating qi mechanism, pay attention to regulating the spleen and stomach, and adjust the Qi mechanism of spleen and stomach.At the same time, it should be combined with the treatment methods of clearing and dispersing stagnant heat, resolving phlegm and dehumidification, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis according to syndrome differentiation, so as to achieve special results in clinic.
