血府逐瘀汤联合小剂量奥氮平治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤联合小剂量奥氮平治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:筛选我院患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组口服小剂量奥氮平;观察组口服血府逐瘀汤加小剂量奥氮平;并用PSQI睡眠量表对两组睡眠情况调查,观察临床治疗效果和睡眠时间。结果:治疗14 d后,观察组疗效较好,PSQI分数减低,日平均睡眠时间改善,均优于对照组。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合小剂量奥氮平治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍效果较佳。Objective A study of the clinical effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in combination with small amounts of Olanzapine in the treatment of PSSD.Methods Screening of 60 patients in our hospital.The control and observation groups were assigned by the random number method.The control group took oral low doses of olanzapine, The observation group received Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in combination with oral low dose olanzapine.Sleep status in both patient groups was studied using the PSQI sleep scale, Observation of clinical treatment effect and sleep time Observation of clinical treatment effect and sleep time.Result After 2 weeks of treatment, Observation group has better therapeutic effect, PSQI score decreased, average dailysleep time improved, were better than the control group.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with low-dose Olanzapine in the treatment of PSSD had better effect.
