摘 要:三臂凿岩台车以钻孔效率及自动化程度高等优势被广泛应用于隧道机械化施工中。凿岩台车钻臂的寻孔移位过程由台车司机操作完成,实现钻孔路径的最优化是充分发挥凿岩台车作业效率的基础。现有算法存在着收敛速度慢及易陷入局部最优等问题。为此,从动态调整信息素挥发因子与信息素强度、改进信息素更新方式等3方面构造出改进的最大-最小蚁群算法。仿真结果表明,改进后的最大-最小蚁群算法收敛速度更快,稳定性更好,可高效地完成凿岩台车最优钻孔顺序的规划。The three-boom drilling jumbo is widely used in the mechanized construction of tunnels due to its advantages of high drilling efficiency and automation. The search and displacement process of the drilling boom of the drilling jumbo is completed by the driver. The optimization of the drilling path is the basis for the full efficiency of the drilling jumbo.The existing algorithm has problems such as slow convergence speed and a tendency to fall into local optimization.To this end, an improved max-min ant colony algorithm is constructed by dynamically adjusting the pheromone volatilization factor and pheromone intensity and improving the pheromone update mode. The simulation results show that the improved max-min ant colony algorithm has a faster convergence speed and better stability and can efficiently plan the optimal drilling sequence for the drilling jumbo.
