摘 要:针对现有轨枕空吊静态检测方法无法满足重载铁路运维实际需求的问题,提出基于货车车载数据的轨枕空吊动态检测思路,并通过动力学仿真研究其可检测性。在充分考虑悬挂系统非线性特性的基础上,建立重载货车-轨道耦合动力学模型。计算不同轨枕空吊状态下货车关键部件的动力学响应,研究基于车载数据的轨枕空吊检测的可行性。结果表明:轨枕空吊对车辆各关键部件的垂向位移均有一定影响,但位移数据获取难度大且易受其他因素干扰;车体垂向加速度响应存在与轨枕间距相关的主频振动,该频率随连续空吊数量的增加而降低;通过车体垂向加速度的时频分布可实现轨枕空吊的识别和定位。In view of the problem that the existing static detection method of unsupported sleepers cannot meet the actual needs of heavy-haul railway operation and maintenance,the idea of dynamic detection of unsupported sleeps based on vehicle onboard data is proposed, and its detectability is studied through dynamic simulation.On the basis of fully considering the nonlinear characteristics of the suspension system, a heavy-haul vehicle-track coupled dynamic model is established. The dynamic response of the key components of the vehicle is calculated under different conditions of unsupported sleepers, and the feasibility of unsupported sleeper detection based on on-board data is studied.The results show that the unsupported sleepers have a certain influence on the vertical displacement of each key component of the vehicle, but the displacement data is difficult to obtain and easily interfered by other factors. The vertical acceleration response of the vehicle body has a dominant-frequency vibration related to the sleeper spacing, and the frequency decreases with the increase of the number of consecutive unsupported sleepers.The identification and positioning of the unsupported sleepers can be achieved through the time-frequency distribution of the vertical acceleration of the vehicle body.
