摘 要:毒理基因组学是毒理学基础课程的核心章节,亦是本课程的教学难点,其主要教学任务是使学生掌握毒理基因组学的基本原理、任务和目标,熟悉毒理基因组学的研究技术平台和方法,对于培养优秀的毒理学专业人才至关重要。随着多组学和生物信息学的快速发展,传统的教学内容和方法已经无法适应时代对于预防医学专业学生系统毒理学思维的需求。为了使预防医学专业学生能够紧跟毒理学高新技术和方法的发展,应坚持贯彻以学生为中心的教学改革理念,结合多种形式的线上线下教学方法,丰富实验课程的教学内容,完善课程评价体系,培养学生的自主学习能力和科研思维,为我国培养优秀的毒理学专业人才提供理论和实践基础。因此,教研室对毒理基因组学章节的教学工作进行了针对性的改革和探索,并取得了显著的教学效果,以期为今后毒理学基础的教学改革工作提供依据。Toxicogenomics is the core chapter of the basic course of toxicology,and it is also the teaching difficulty of this course.Its main teaching task is to make students master the basic principles,tasks and goals of toxicogenomics,and be familiar with the research technology platform of toxicogenomics and methods are essential for cultivating outstanding toxicology professionals.With the rapid development of multi-omics and bioinformatics,the traditional teaching content and methods have been unable to meet the needs of the era for the systematic toxicological thinking of preventive medicine students.In order to enable preventive medicine students to keep up with the development of high-tech toxicology and methods,we should adhere to the student-centered teaching reform concept,combine various forms of online and offline teaching methods,enrich the teaching content of experimental courses,and improve courses.Evaluation system,cultivate students’autonomous learning ability and scientific research thinking,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the cultivation of outstanding toxicology professionals in China.Therefore,we have carried out targeted reforms and explorations on the teaching work of the chapter on toxicological genomics,and achieved remarkable teaching results,we aimed to provide a basis for the future teaching reform work on the basis of toxicology.
