摘　　要：目的 分析在临床医学教育中使用临床技能培训中心的应用效果,探讨其在医学教育中的具体应用策略。方法 选择2019年9月—2020年9月菏泽市牡丹人民医院100名实习医生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(传统教学模式,50名)和观察组(临床技能培训中心,50名)。对比两组临床技能指标和带教工作满意度。结果 观察组各项临床技能水平均显著高于对照组,理论成绩、实践成绩、综合成绩,均优于对照组,代表临床技能培训中心应用效果较好,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组科室带教满意度和带教教学满意度显著较高,代表通过临床技能培训中心可以调动培训对象积极性,提高满意度。结论 临床技能培训中心的应用可以提高临床医学教育质量,充分调动培训对象的主观能动性,丰富其理论知识水平,提高实践能力和综合素质,对于培养高素质人才有着积极影响,强化各项医务人员各项临床技能,为医疗队伍提供新的活力。Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical skills training center in clinical medical education and explore its specific application strategy in medical education. Methods 100 interns in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group(traditional teaching mode, 50interns) and observation group(clinical skills training center, 50 interns). The clinical skills of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of clinical skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the theoretical, practical and comprehensive scores were better than those in the control group, representing that the clinical skills training center had a good application effect, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group’s departments and teaching was significantly higher, and the representatives could mobilize the enthusiasm of the trainees through the clinical skills training center to improve their satisfaction.Conclusion The application of the clinical skills training center can improve the quality of clinical medical education, fully mobilize the subjective initiative of the trainees, enrich their theoretical knowledge, improve their practical ability and comprehensive quality, which has a positive impact on the training of high-quality talents,strengthen the clinical skills of various medical personnel,and provide new vitality for the medical team.
