摘　　要：目的探究志愿服务活动对在读医学生专业认同感的影响。方法2021年5月6—16日以广东某高校在读临床医学专业本科生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,从认知维度、情感维度、行为维度、适切维度对医学生专业认同状况进行研究。结果医学生专业认同感总分为(3.81±0.54)分,整体处于中等水平,认知维度与适切维度分别受户籍和性别的影响,志愿服务组织成员与非志愿服务组织成员在认知维度、情感维度、适切维度、行为维度及认同感总分上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论志愿服务组织成员具有较好的专业认同感,志愿服务活动能够显著提升医学生专业认同感,可作为提高大学生专业认同教育的一条有效路径。Objective Explore the impact of voluntary service activities on the professional identity of medical students.Methods From May 6 th to 16 th,2021,undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in a university in Guangdong as the survey object.The questionnaire survey method is used to study the professional identity of medical students from the cognitive,emotional,behavioral,and appropriate dimensions.Results The total score of medical students’professional identity is(3.81±0.54)points,which is at the middle level as a whole.The cognitive dimension and fitness dimension are affected by registered residence and gender respectively.There is a statistically significant difference between members of voluntary service organizations and non voluntary service organizations in the cognitive dimension,emotional dimension,fitness dimension,behavioral dimension and the total score of identity(P<0.05).Conclusion Volunteer service organization members have a good sense of professional identity.Volunteer service activities can significantly enhance the sense of professional identity of medical students,which can be used as an effective way to improve the professional identity education of college students.
