摘　　要：医学物理师的临床工作涉及放射治疗有关的所有物理技术,与放射治疗的治疗效果戚戚相关,是放射治疗科不可或缺的一部分。目前国内基层医院放射治疗科医学物理师以本科生为主。因此,如何做好本科生的医学物理规范化培训值得每位放射治疗科带教老师深思。文章结合医学物理学科的自身特点及本科生的特殊性,针对浙江大学医学院附属第二医院放射治疗科本科生医学物理临床培训过程中存在的主要问题进行深刻地探索、总结与思考,针对本科室临床培训中本科生存在的理论基础薄弱、无法发现临床工作中的不足、与考研就业时间矛盾、外文阅读能力较弱四个主要问题制定相应解决方案。总结出了一套较为有效可行的临床带教方法。有效地解决了上述问题,较大幅度地提升了本科生的临床培训效果及科室的带教水平。The clinical work of the medical physicists involves all physical techniques related to radiation therapy and is closely related to the therapeutic effects of radiation therapy.Medical physicist is an integral part of the radiotherapy department.At present,the majority of medical physicists at radiotherapy department of primary hospitals in domestic are undergraduates.Hence,how to carry out standardized undergraduate clinical training in medical physics well is worth each teacher of radiotherapy department to think deeply.Combined with the characteristics of medical physics and the particularities of undergraduate students,this study makes investigation,summarization and thinking profoundly to develop the corresponding solutions and summarizes a set of effective and feasible teaching methods for the main problems existing in the undergraduate clinical training of medical physics in the radiotherapy department of the Second Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University.The corresponding solutions of the four major problems existing in the clinical training of undergraduate,including weak theoretical basis,inability to identify deficiencies in the clinical work,conflict with postgraduate entrance examination and employment time and weak foreign language reading ability,are developed effectively.The effect of the undergraduate clinical training and the teaching level of the department are improved greatly.
