摘　　要：文章分析了2000年以来我国茶产业生产规模、茶类结构、生产成本、生产基础等方面的现状和问题,在此基础上提出转变增长方式,从面积扩张向提高单位面积效益转变;加大科技创新和应用力度,推动茶业从劳动密集型向技术密集型转变;以消费者为中心,构筑与大众消费结构相匹配的产品结构体系等3条推进茶业高质量发展的建议。This paper analyzed the current situation and difficulties of China's tea industry in terms of production scale,tea type structure,production cost and production basis since 2000.On this basis,it proposed to change the growth mode from area expansion to improving the efficiency of unit area,increase scientific and technological innovation and application,promote the tea industry to change from labor-intensive to technology intensive,take consumers as the center,and build a product structure system that matches the mass consumption structure.
